If you have a few days left before you leave the capital, visiting Andasibe National Park is a good option. Here you can see the largestof lemur ; Indri Indri, and lemurs Island in Vakôna Forest (private reserve). The first day you visit a reptiles farm in pereyras . On day 2 and 3 you visit Andasibe National Park ( Analamazaotra or Mantadia ) and the last day you drive back to Antananarivo.

We have been visiting Madegascar from 6th to 25th April 2023.Arrived Antananarivo and spent one night here before we went to Nosy Be for 10 days at Andilana Beach hotel.This is not a must , but recommended.Back to Antananarivo where we were picked up by Baba and drove east to Andasibe National Park. The 5 hours slow walk in the park was very plesant and enjoyable.After our stay in the east we drove west to visit Morondava to watch the spectacular Baobab trees.Before continuing for Morondava we visited Antisirabe and the former Norwegian Missionary station.Since the route back to Antananarivo is the same as the already experienced with the 2 days challenging roads, you may consider to take a flight back to Antananarivo.However all credits to Mr. Baba who is an excellent driver and made our trip unforgettable.Returning to Norway, our thoughts are how kindly and happy the people of Madagascar are, despite their challenge with poorness and lack of western technology.We highly recommend a roundtrip in beautifuly Madagascar with Baba Green Tours.Br. I am from Spain and I have been visiting Madagascar from 13 to 29 October 2022 with Madagascar Green Tours. We have enjoyed so much this incredible country. The National Parks are full of plants and animals that you can't find in any part of the world, except in Madagascar. I have millions of pictures of lemurs, baobabs and chameleons. Malagasy people are amazing with a smile always in their faces. I have enjoyed also the typical Malagasy dishes and i have earned a few kilos after this superb trip. The only thing I can complain is the long car trips for the horrible roads, but the effort was worthy. I can say that the service of this company and especially from his owner Baba was excellent, taking care of us all the time and including a list of amazing hotels where we were accommodated.
